Our Executive Workshops allows you to rapidly meet your technology and cost requirements with an optimised solution.

The RFID Centre provides facilitated Executive Workshops with the aim of assisting companies to rapidly progress any potential RFID, Wireless or Mobility projects. With our team of specialists we provide an informed, market- based perspective regarding RFID, Wireless and Mobility applications and how to create successful commercial solutions from these promising technologies.

During the workshop the RFID Centre will work with your company to understand your current business operations and recommend an approach for RFID, Wireless or Mobility enablement. Our experienced input can help your organisation create a clear direction and strategy, reduce uncertainty and integrate new technologies into your business with confidence.

The impact of RFID, Wireless and Mobility solutions for many companies can be immediate and measurable. The RFID Centre leverages existing capabilities, experience and its industry network, explaining how RFID, Wireless and Mobility solutions can significantly reduce costs, improve information management, and yield related efficiencies. The RFID Centre will work with the project team, detailing the necessary steps required to implement an appropriate solution.

Three Executive Workshop options are available, presented as either half day or full day events, focussing on strategy or technical and operational issues. We also provide the opportunity for companies to structure their own workshops according to the specific outcomes they anticipate from such an initiative.

All three of the Executive Workshop options will include an Introductory Presentation to RFID and a customised, hands-on tour of the RFID Demonstration Centre.

Option A - Strategic Definition Workshop

Aim: Half day workshop for up to 8 participants, held at the RFID Centre, to fast-track companies contemplating RFID, Wireless or Mobility projects so they are able to translate a strategic concept into a manageable project.

Deliverables: The outcome is a high level Recommendation covering

Project Definition
Potential Partner and Vendor Identification
Project Planning and Next Steps

Options:         Half day event – morning or afternoon.
                        Morning – Starting at 9:30 ending at 12:30 with a buffet lunch.
                        Afternoon – Starting at 13:00 with a buffet lunch, ending at 16:30.

Option B - Technical And Operational Workshop

Aim: One day workshop for up to 8 participants, held at the RFID Centre, to fast-track companies to the broad set of technology elements that is suitable for their specific requirements, and to give advice towards initiating a pilot project.

Deliverables: The outcome is a High level Recommendation covering

Project Planning and Next Steps

Details: Full day event
Starting at 9:30, with a buffet lunch at 13:00, ending at 16:30.

Option C – Custom Facilitated Workshop

Aim: Half day or full day workshop for up to 8 participants, held at the RFID Centre, to enable companies to rapidly progress with their RFID, Wireless or Mobility related projects.

Companies are free to create their own agendas, based on a combination of the two options described previously, with the input from the RFID Centre facilitators, in order to satisfy their own unique requirements.
