Our Venue Facilities
Located in a pleasant and relaxed setting, the RFID Centre is an established venue that has attracted over 4,000 visitors to a broad spectrum of successful events – many in technology-related fields. The Centre offers a unique and highly flexible alternative to conventional hotel venues and is ideal for staging small-scale events including niche conferences, training seminars, workshops, product launches and press launches.
The RFID Centre has a wide variety of event facilities including:
- Presentation Suite (theatre-style 75 delegates)
- Seminar Area (theatre-style 30 delegates)
- Demonstration Showroom with permanent RFID exhibition
- Boardroom (boardroom-style 18 delegates)
- Networking Reception & Lounge

Location
The RFID Centre is based in Bracknell in the heart of the Thames Valley IT belt to the West of London, within easy reach of the M25 (20 mins), M3 (10 mins) M4 (5 mins) motorways and Heathrow Airport. The Centre is a non-city centre location, is easily accessible and has plentiful free parking.

Morning: 09:00 to 13:00
Afternoon: 13:30 to 17:30

Full day
Morning: 09:00 to 17:30
£75.00 per person (plus food)
All packages include:
- Flipchart and pens
- LCD projector and screen
- Free use of seminar and breakout rooms (for 1-2-1 meetings)
- Tea / coffee / cold beverages
Optional services:
Introduction to RFID Presentation (1 hour) and tour of RFID Centre & Demonstrations (1 hour) by RFIDC staff at an additional cost per person (for both): £25.00
